This is a family property. No events or parties are permitted. The villa has exterior security cameras at the entrance, exterior passageways and rear of the house for intrusion detection only. An alarm system with door and motion detectors is connected to a security centre. No cameras are installed inside the house or in private guest areas. The pool is not fenced: children must be supervised.
