House rules
Minimum stay one week in high season (July and August), three nights minimum outside these months. Security deposit: 50% of the stay amount, capped at €20,000. The cleaning package is €500. This is a private property: no events that disturb the neighbourhood. The disco is for the enjoyment of guests only.
